I took most of these pictures of the sidewalk bordering 3240 5th Street South, Arlington, VA 22204 on July 12, 2005. They show the overgrown vegetation and fence blocking a portion of the sidewalk. The last three pictures, taken on August 1, 2005, show the continuing construction of the fence and sod apparently placed over top of the sidewalk.

Peter Tran (703-228-3227) of Arlington County Code Enforcement is investigating whether this constitutes a code violation, as of July 25, 2005.
