Just select VIEW DOCUMENT INFO find out what the name of the 
frame is that you want to see, then use the location line and 
modify it with the URL you want.  Another way is if you know a 
certain link opens the window you want but it is framed go ahead 
and RIGHT click and select open this link as a new window. hope 
this helps.
