New JavaScript Guide (window.open)

I've worked up a pretty cool (in my mind) page that creates a winObj
object that can hold all the propeties of a new window.  It's main
feature is a form that will train JavaScripters on how to create new
windows.

When I get a chance to clean it up I will package the code so that
everybody can create window objects more easily.
