Questions about a Java Script

I have a script that displays scrolling text on the bottom of the screen
in the Netscape border.  I was wondering does any one no how to change
the speed of the scrolling or how time it goes around.

It eventually fills up Netscape's memory and returns a JavaScript Error.

Any help would be appreciated.
