	- deciding who gets their ass removed with the "Holy Spoon of
	  Neon Judgement"
	- presiding over the annual "DC cab driver beheadings"
	- passing final judgement on all junkies/idiots/hacks and making
	  sure that the sterilizations are carried out.
	- making certain that everyone is sufficiently bitter.
and (most importantly):
	- making sure the "UberPriest" has a healthy supply of semi-nude
	  acolytes
