if it isn't one thing....

well now then. My cell phone is being stupid and not working. It keeps telling me the "service is unavailable", despite showing full bars and battery life. I can hear people when they call, but they can't hear me. I can't place calls. Very, very annoying. Hoping it will magically fix itself.

Additionally, I learned yesterday that next Sunday will be Aaron Kerr's last week as pastor. The Bishop has appointed him to the local Methodist church. WHile I'm happy for him, this puts a huge crimp in my religious life. They're replacing him with an old alum and Pastor Emeritus, whose name escapes me at the momnet, but I know him. He's a neat old guy, but he's there "for the semester", which makes me wonder what happens next semester. The school's still looking for somebody permanant, and I really don't think I want to deal with having four pastors in as many years.
