I have come to understand that the College is eliminating several posistions from its, including that of Chaplain. THis means that Rev Colatch's contract will not be renewed. I am very personally grieved by this, as John has done so much for me, personally. Between making me feel welcome and leading the weekloy Bible Study (which I must say I actually do look forward to), and especially with helping me cope with Dad being in Kabul.
If he's done this for me, just think what he's done for so many other people over the years.

well, have now scheduled an appointment to get my car fixed. when they're done, I should be able to make right turns again without worrying about dying

ju7st arrived a couple hours ago. have now unpacked and figured out my schedule. Now to pick up mail and see if Em's around

well, vacations over. back to school with me; leaving tomorrow morning, staying in Erie, then back to the dorm Sunday. It'll be good to see everybody again, but classes I am not looking forward to.
