Sorry its been so long....
The govt. decided to switch our computer on us, since its technically their property anyway. I was able to get most of my files back from them though, which is good :) Bit it ws rather obnoxious trying to finish my Environmental System homework when half of it wasn't present...

Prom is tonight. Yea!

well, the house is prety empty now... all the sea-freight is gone. Left with gov't furniture and air-freight stuff. THe blank walls seem mocking, and everything echoes. Oh well, at least the talent show is tomorrow night, that should be worth seeing. ANd I bought my prom ticket, so there's no way I'm not going now, date or no.

I've realized I never posted further info about my trip to Beijing... for all intents and purposes: BIIIIIGGGGG Wall!!
Now that that's over with, I can get on to the MUN part... it was well worth the trip, and seeing Demi and the Dobies was really nice, too. They're all doing well.
I was really amazed at the number of good-looking girls at the conference... France, Oman, Georgia... and that was just people I dealt with personally, which limits it to ECOSOC, and doesn't even say anything about the floor secs.
Speaking of which, I have an interesting story about one of them...
On Sat after lunch when everybody was tired, she had been assigned to our council to pass our notes and such. SHe was wearing this tight lowcut sleeveless top, which I recall thinking was insane given the weather. But in any case, I swear that it got lower every time I saw her. Its not like I was looking, but its hard not to notice ;)
SO anyway, she came over towards the end to pick up a note from Greece, who was next to me (Germany), and I look up just to see what's going on, and one of her nipples was showing! It really threw me off at first, because it was unexpected, but I was sorely temted to do something about it. ("Point of personal priveledge: could the floor sec kindly cover her nipple, its extremely distracting!")

Well, its now been a year since I last saw Ana... and Its tough for me. I really miss her; she's just so.... wonderful. There was no possible way I could be unhappy when she was around (apart from the dating somebody else thing, but that's a story for another time...)
It doesn't help any that most of my stuff is going to be shipped out in a matter of days, which means my bed is currently covered in stuff for shipment and I consequently had to sleep in the guest room, which is uncomfortable due to a lack of sheets on the bed.
on the bright side, though, I did have a good time with Jaclyn last night... we went out to dinner. I just didn't want to be alone last night, what with the 'anniversary' and all...
